These steps cover dice, chess sets, medals, badges / enamel pins, commemorative coins, keychains, fridge magnets and other metal accessories. Metal dice reference only: 10 sets per design, per colour; custom samples and mold making take 15–20 days; production for most polyhedral metal dice takes 15–25 days after mold completion. These figures do not apply automatically to other products.

Can I customize the logo, colours and packaging?
Depending on the selected product, we can review logos, artwork, colours, dimensions, surface finishes, attachments and packaging. Share your requirements so we can confirm feasibility and quote your design.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are confirmed by product, design, colour and manufacturing requirements. Tell us the number of pieces or sets you need. The 10-set metal dice minimum is specific to metal dice and should not be assumed for other product families.
Can I review a sample before production?
Ask about available samples or a custom sample for your project. We will confirm sample specifications, charges, tooling requirements, preparation time and the approval process before production.
How long will my project take?
Your quotation will distinguish sample and tooling preparation, approval, production and shipping. Timing depends on the product, design and quantity; confirm your required delivery date before placing an order.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Share the product type, quantity and unit, dimensions, artwork or reference images, material and finish preferences, fittings, packaging, destination country and target delivery date. Undecided details are welcome.
