Custom Product FAQs
FAQs
What custom products does QYJ manufacture?
QYJ manufactures dice, chess sets, medals, badges / enamel pins, commemorative coins, keychains, fridge magnets and other metal accessories. Select a product family and share your design, quantity and destination for an OEM or ODM enquiry.
Can you make a product from my artwork or reference?
Send your artwork, sketch, dimensions or reference images. We will review materials, shape, colours, finishes, fittings and packaging for your selected product before confirming feasibility, sample requirements and quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Metal dice start at 10 sets per design, per colour. The folding chess set has a minimum of 10 sets. These figures do not apply automatically to coins, medals, pins, keychains, magnets or other products; their minimum quantities are confirmed for each design.
What can I customise?
Depending on the product, discuss logo artwork, dimensions, shape, front and reverse designs, colour areas, surface finishes, attachments and branded packaging. Available options are confirmed against your design and sample.
What should I send to get a useful quotation?
Start with the product type, quantity and unit, artwork or reference, target dimensions and delivery country. Add your preferred material, finish, fittings, packaging and required date if known. Undecided details are welcome; you do not need a finished specification to start.
What are the folding chess set options?
The folding board reference is 30 × 30 × 6 cm. Chess pieces can be made in zinc alloy, copper or resin, and molded plastic protective packaging is available. The minimum order is 10 sets. Final board construction, piece material, finish and packaging are confirmed in the quotation and sample.
What coin specifications can I discuss?
The supplied zinc-alloy coin examples are 38 mm in diameter and 4 mm thick. For your project, share diameter, thickness, front and reverse artwork, edge profile, finish, quantity and packaging. Sample dimensions are references; final specifications and material are confirmed for your design.
Can I review a sample and discuss branded packaging?
Ask about an available sample or a custom sample. We will confirm the sample specification, tooling and charges, preparation time, packaging requirements and approval process before production. Check finishes and packaging against the approved sample.
How long do sampling and production take?
For metal dice, custom samples and mold making take 15–20 days; production for most polyhedral metal dice takes 15–25 days after mold completion. These are metal-dice references. Chess sets and other product families have project-specific timelines. Confirm the approval schedule and required date in your quotation; shipping time is separate.
How do I enquire about an international order?
Share your delivery country and, if available, postal code, quantity and required date. We will review the product specifications and discuss packing and shipping arrangements. We respond to enquiries within 24 hours; a complete quotation follows once specifications and shipping requirements are confirmed.
